Last workout before a Bench Press and Deadlift contest on the 16th, so I just wanted to go up to a weight near my opener in the Bench Press and to flush the muscles with blood on the other exercises.

I showed up ready to compete RAW with only a lifting belt in the Bench Press and Deadlift.

Attempts: 1- 460 2- 490 3- 500 (did not lock it out)

Result- 490

Deadlift Warm-ups 245x5, 445x2, 585x1

Attempts: 1- 685 2- 715 3- 740* 4- 755*

Result- 755 The highest Deadlift in the contest.

Hi there just wanted to give you a brief heads up and let you know a few of the images aren't loading correctly. I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue.
