I took it easy today because I am going to compete in a RAW powerlifting meet this Saturday, October 1st. RAW means no bench shirt or squat/deadlift suit. Knee wraps and belt only. I haven't competed since last October because of a Hernia surgery I had in May, so this will allow me to see where my strength levels are at.
